Controller and contact

The organisation responsible for this website is HUBEI NINESEA IMPORT & EXPORT CO., LTD, operating the Specval · 思贝沃 engineering-measurement brand. Privacy enquiries may be sent to engineer.zhao@specvaltech.com.

Information collected

The project-assessment form collects contact details, company and market information, project stage, gas and range, gas-path and pressure conditions, interfaces, blockers, requested next action and the measurement problem you describe. If you arrive through a technical campaign, non-personal campaign, entry-page and engineering-source-page identifiers may be kept in browser session storage and submitted with the form. Server security logs may also record the time, requested URL, browser information and network address needed to operate and protect the site.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to evaluate product fit, identify missing technical conditions, respond to your enquiry, prepare a test or quotation when appropriate, maintain a record of the discussion and protect the form from misuse. Depending on the applicable law and context, this processing is based on your request before a possible contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, your form consent where required, or a legal obligation.

Where an enquiry is stored and viewed

On the Hostinger deployment, each accepted submission is appended to a monthly JSONL file in a private directory outside the public website root. A notification copy is sent by email to the Specval engineering mailbox, with a secondary internal copy. The customer’s validated email address is placed in Reply-To so the engineer can respond directly. The private record is not exposed through a public web page.

Retention

Ordinary enquiry records are retained for 24 months after the last substantive contact. They are then deleted or anonymised unless the information has moved into a contract, order, dispute, legal obligation or another controlled business or engineering file that requires a different retention period. A substantive contact means a communication that changes or confirms the project, such as new technical conditions, a test decision, a quotation request or a decision to stop.

Recipients and transfers

Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need the information for engineering review, business response, hosting, email delivery, security or legal obligations. Website hosting and email infrastructure may process data in other jurisdictions. We use service-provider controls and applicable contractual or legal safeguards where required.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Some records may need to be preserved for contracts, orders, disputes or legal obligations. Contact us with enough information to locate the enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This production package does not install advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics. If analytics or consent-dependent services are added later, this notice and the technical consent controls must be updated before activation.

Security and changes

We use restricted file storage, server rules, input validation and email notifications to reduce risk. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. This notice may be updated when the form, infrastructure, service providers or legal requirements change. Last reviewed: 30 July 2026.
